Terms & Conditions

Every customer requesting any of our services kindly agree to the following conditions:

 

I hereby permit iSmash to repair my iOS© device and fully understand that the iSmash repair experts, iSmashers, have received the complete essential training to conduct professional iOS© device repairs. However, iSmash and its affiliates are not an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) of Apple Inc., and are in no way related to Apple Inc.

 

I agree to hold iSmash from any liability for claims or damages of any kind or description that may occur from any iOS© device repair work conducted on my iPhone™, iPad™ or iPod™, unless it was caused by a complete failure from the iSmasher.

 

I understand that iSmash is not responsible for any lost data, which is an event that can occur as a result of repairs done on my iOS© device - I am fully responsible for backing up my device's data before permitting the iSmasher to perform any repair work on my device.

 

I am responsible for informing iSmash and the iSmasher accurately about the iOS© device's model description and condition -including any repairs or modifications which have been previously attempted or completed- before permitting iSmash and the iSmasher to perform any repair work on my iOS© device.

 

In the case of a lost device, or one that was damaged further than the original condition in which it was given to iSmash in, iSmash is solely liable for the cost of the repair or replacing the device with one that's in the same condition in which it was given to iSmash in based on a fair market value.

 

Whatever the cause may be, iSmash's damage liability is limited to replacing the device with one that is similar to it in terms of the condition in which it was transferred to iSmash in.

Please make sure to back up all your phone's data before the repair, most of the repairs will not affect your data or settings, but just to be cautious in case anything goes wrong, we strongly recommend you to back up your phones data before the time of the repair.

In case any damage occurs during the repair which may require the phone to be further repaired at our workshop, the iSmasher will ask to hold the phone for 72 hours so we can repair it at our workshop. In such cases, repair cost may be discounted and compensations up to a new device may be offered, varying and depending on the damage and the case but In case of failure to repair due to any unprecedented or unexpected errors, the iSmasher will offer instant full refund with a discount voucher for your next order.

In the unfortunate event that the device is irreparably damaged due to a failed repair attempt by an iSmasher the customer is intent to: 

Receive a fully functional refurbished device of equal or greater value of the original device. This is based on the device model and condition as received, plus the original repair issue solved.
