Our warranty system is there to make sure we are available to smash problems even after the initial service is performed. We are responsible for replacing a spare part 100% free of charge in case of any present Manufacturer Defects, or the same original problem arising.

 

Warranty covers

Smartphone screens, batteries, speakers, charging flats, back and front cameras, home buttons, ringers, and sensor flats if they are replaced by iSmash and do not function properly. 

iSmash warranty system 100% covers any manufacturer defected spare parts, we also provide warranty for the 

service.

Warranty duration

Lifetime warranty for Screen Replacement.

One-Year warranty for speakers, charging flats, back and front cameras, home buttons, ringers, and sensor flats.

3-Month Warranty for Battery.

Excluded from warranty

 

• Damage due to customer's mishandling such as a scratched or cracked screen.

• Liquid or water damage.

• The expected lifespan and warranty coverage duration for each spare part such as one year for the speaker.

• Dropping the device; accidentally or purposefully.

• Interfering with the device internal hardware.

• Damage due to self-repair attempts.

• Recent damage after the device was initially repaired.

• Any lost data as a result of the repair; we always advise customers to back up their data before having the device repair.

Please note that the warranty is only valid for the specified device and its original owner; we cannot transfer warranties across devices or owners even if the device was or granted to a new owner.
